In Scope Services: Managed Network Services Network Infra Management Incident/ Problem/ Change Management Patches/ Planned Changes Capacity Management Hard/ Soft MACD Network Tools Device Installation & Maintenance Remote Break/ Fix Firewall & VPN Services Physical Hands & Feet Services Engineering support/suggestions as and when required by PB Volumetirc Technology Type Count Network Switch, Type: Cisco -111111 Network - Router, Type Cisco - 195 Network - Load Balancer, LB - 2 Network - Wireless Access Points, Wireless Access Points - 87 Access Controllers, Cisco - 43 SDWAN, Cisco Viptela - 27 Domain Controller, NA - 13 A Collaborative Sourcing model of engagement Leveraging on HCLTech s mature Infrastructure Management Services Leverage HCLTech s strong process framework to transform PB to ITIL V4 Leverage HCLTech s industry leadership in optimally combining best-in-class expertise, processes, partners and delivery methodologies that will take Popular Bank business to the next level of optimization Dedicated Network Automation team to drive automation use-cases, automation roadmaps & self-healing adoption Knowledge Management driven Support (Knowledge Capture, SOPs, KEDBs, Knowledge Build, Maintenance, Risk Mitigation database, playbook etc.) Monitor network environment devices 24X7. Escalate incidents & keep an oversight on 3rd party vendors. Perform 1st level resolution activities by referring KEDB & SOP. Update incidents & co-ordinate with other teams until problem resolution. Assist in on-site break-fix & IMAC activities in co-ordination Network Admin) Handle escalations and troubleshoot problems Handle deployment functions as requested Manages and overseas shift handover process Provide team support and process improvements Maintain and Update Knowledge Base and documentation Initiate and implement processes improvements. Network SME Network architecting skills Implementation of new network technologies Manage escalation Change-control Validation (Network Integrity Assurance) Network Track Lead Tracks and updates key performance metrics. Manages and overseas shift handover process Acts as point of contact for all service delivery issues/ pending work/ escalations Provide team support and process improvements.Job tags
