We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Portamento India. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new leads and clients in the service industry or digital marketing sector. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
o Utilize various channels to identify and cultivate potential leads in the service industry or digital marketing.
o Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Client Acquisition:
o Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
o Successfully convert leads into long-term clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Performance Targets:
o Work towards and achieve set sales targets.
o Clearing targets will lead to performance bonuses and incentives.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
o Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Invoicing and Quotations:
o Collect and manage client invoices.
o Prepare and pitch quotations at the end of the month or after the delivery of services.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the service industry or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
