Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for Team leading,managing the recruitment process for clients, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing offers and negotiations. The Recruitment Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Team leading,recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Experience with recruitment software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus
