Job Description–Duty Manager Position: Duty Manager/ Spa Manager – Business Operations & Sales.
Location: Noida/ Jaipur/ Goa/ Chennai/ Visakhapatnam / Pushkar/ Rajasthan/ Agra/ Aligarh / Indore.
An exciting opportunity to work with Tattva Spa - A fast growing VC funded company in the wellness services sector.
Responsibilities: The Duty Manager at Tattva Spa will be responsible to manage a team of associates & the unit operations (within a star rated hotel setting) to achieve business objectives, with a focus on the below.
A. Operations Ensure smooth business operations at the spa center. Should be able to maintain high standards of ethics. Increase client and hotel engagement.
B. Marketing Goals Work with the business manager & marketing team to execute relevant marketing & activation tools to achieve business objectives. Responsible for ensuring that the brand guidelines are followed properly.
C. Financial Goals Enhance revenue from services and memberships to achieve budgets.
D. Quality Assurance Ensure strict implementation of SOPs. Take initiatives towards customer service recovery, with attention to details as an attitude towards work.
E. MIS & Reporting Strict monitoring & analysis of daily, weekly and month MIS.Continuous competition update & MIS population for analytics & targeted marketing efforts.
Experience and desirables:
Graduate / MBA / Diploma in hotel management / Sales & Marketing / Hospitality experience
Passionate about data & automation
Should possess excellent communication skills
Experience across multi-store retail / F&B / hospitality is preferred
