Job Summary :

A Career counsellor plays significant role in guiding, counselling the potential aspirants who are looking to upgrade their qualifications and skills. You are expected to connect, counsel and assist potential customers in completing the admission process from these top notch institutes. Position requires with good oral communication skills, good telephone etiquette. Aspirants with 2- 4 years of experience in career / Academic counselling, lead generation, Telesales, Inside sales can apply.

Job Description :

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls.
• Responsible for student counselling, admissions and onboarding process.
• Understand customer needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program
• Support students one on one in their selection of course, application process.
• Provide students, with information regarding admissions requirements, enrolment process and other procedures.
• Strong inclination to work in a target driven sales environment.
• Should be empathetic, collaborative, punctual, patient and professional in attitude.
• Proven expertise in converting leads into a sale. Experience working with CRM

Desired Skills:

• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to call, connect and counsel the students over mobile.
• Good listening and presentation skills.
• Lead generation and Lead management skills
• Exposure to social media would be an advantage with good PC interface.
• Graduate or Post graduate with experience in counselling, Inside sales would be +.
• Preference to people worked in Online / Executive / Distance education space.
