For our EMEAI Talent Acquisition Team we are searching for a
Talent Acquisition Partner who will support our growth agenda through owning the full life-cycle-recruitment in India, UK and other European countries.
Your Tasks: - You lead the full life-cycle recruitment for Sherwin-Williams mainly in India & the UK – from intake to offer.
- Talent Sourcing – You use different channels to find the best talents for our company. From writing job ads to active sourcing and agency liaison – you own the process.
- Understand your stakeholders and actively partner with them to find great candidates in a challenging market.
- You thrill candidates to work for Sherwin-Williams through your focus on candidate experience.
- Shape Talent Acquisition at Sherwin-Williams – get involved in several projects like: Employer Branding, Process Optimization, Hiring Manager Training etc.
Qualifications WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - University Degree.
- Fluent English language – additional languages are a plus.
- Relevant practical experiences through Talent Acquisition or HR Management experiences.
- Proactive working style, strong communication skills, ability to enthuse people.
- Good time management & prioritization skills.
- Experiences in active sourcing are a plus.
- Interest in active sourcing, digitalizing Talent Acquisition & recruitment marketing.
- Willingness to develop professionally.
