Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Mumbai/Bhubaneshwar (Classroom-based)

Responsibilities: - Conduct classroom-based training sessions on .NET Full Stack development.
- Deliver comprehensive training on various aspects of .NET framework, including ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Provide hands-on training and guidance on building scalable web applications using .NET technologies.
- Teach participants best practices in software development, coding standards, and debugging techniques.
- Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing database-driven applications using SQL Server.
- Develop and deliver practical exercises, projects, and assessments to enhance participants' learning experience.
- Ensure the effective transfer of technical knowledge and skills to participants through interactive and engaging training methods.
- Evaluate participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Collaborate with the training team to enhance existing training materials and develop new content as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in .NET development to provide relevant and up-to-date training.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Technical Trainer, specifically in .NET Full Stack development.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in .NET framework, including ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in designing and building web applications using .NET technologies.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and coding standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address participants' queries effectively.
- Prior experience in conducting classroom-based training sessions.
- Ability to adapt training delivery based on participants' skill levels and learning styles.
- Relevant certifications in .NET development or training would be a plus.
Note: Travel and accommodation will be taken care of for the duration of the contract.
