Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Core Objectives in this role: Drive revenue growth at a Key Account, in partnership with onshore Client Partner, and offshore Delivery Leaders, by focusing on Delivery excellence ensuring complete delivery accountability Strategic account management and business development Being successful in this role requires an attitude of ‘ownership’ of all aspects of a business. It entails working collaboratively in a matrix organization, with the full range of stakeholders: Onshore client-facing partners Delivery teams both onshore and offshore Finance, Legal, Marketing

Primary Activities:

Program Management and Delivery Governance Take ownership of all Deliveries for the key account, across service lines Represent the ‘voice of the client’ in front of delivery teams Anticipate and mitigate risks Uncover new areas to add value to client’s business Business Development Activities to grow existing the account Account Strategy and Tactics Drive to uncover cross-sell, up-sell opportunities Proposal Writing (storyline, slides, documents) Process Activities to ensure smooth financial and project operations Complete ownership of the P&L Account Track and follow-up on CRM opportunities, Active Projects

Skills, Qualifications & Experience: ‘Business-first’ problem-solving approach Key Soft Skills

Looking for someone who is a go getter and takes complete ownership of the work in understanding client’s business problems, and taking ownership to help solve them, while being responsive, as well as managing expectations of all stakeholders Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Structured Logical thinking Ability to drive tasks to completion, with multiple stakeholders at different levels of an organization Self-driven in quickly learning and applying new knowledge

Key Technical Skills

High proficiency in PPT, Excel Ability to quickly understand different technology platforms/solutions at a high level, and analyze their pros and cons from a business perspective Strong program management skills, to deliver under pressure, with minimal supervision Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail

Required Experience

Delivery/ Development experience in at least one of in Pharma/life sciences industry: Analytics Marketing operations Business consulting

Desired Experience :

Analytics or consulting experience/ Account Management/Business Development in Pharma or Lifesciences industry

Education

Bachelor’s degree MBA is desirable
