Requirements-

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources. (MBA/BBA)
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities-

-Â Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including-

• job postings,
• resume screening,
• scheduling interviews,
• facilitating the selection process.

-Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.-

-Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

-Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
