We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an MIS Analyst. The successful
candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by assisting in the management and analysis of
Management Information Systems (MIS) to optimize our business operations and decision-making
processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about leveraging data to drive positive
impact in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with different teams to develop, implement, and maintain Management Information
Systems to support various departments within GyanDhan.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators and
business metrics.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and
opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders across different teams to understand their information needs and
provide relevant data and analysis.
Assist in the optimization of existing MIS processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across different
platforms and tools.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS and data analysis to continuously improve
skills and knowledge.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data quality, system performance, and user
access.
