PATIENT CARE OFFICE COORDINATOR/ COUNSELLOR
Qualification:- Minimum Graduation
Location:- Wazirpur pur industrial area
Experience:- 2-3 years
Salary:- Rs. 18k Rs. 24k
Working Tenure: 10 6 pm (6 Days)

Follow up Through Data Calling.
Experience working as a patient representative.
Knowledge of medical terms and practices.
Professional manner and appearance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Meticulous attention to detail & having good communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Proven experience in Operating & maintaining day to day patients follow up activities.
Periodic review of follow-ups and required actions for patient care..
Controlling and monitoring.
Following up with patients to ensure their inquiry or complaint has been satisfactorily resolved.
Updating and verifying patient information at every visit.
Assisting patients in filling out patient history forms, consent forms, and payment contract forms, when necessary.
Following up with patients to ensure their inquiry or complaint has been satisfactorily resolved.
Performing administrative and clerical duties, such as filing paperwork, when necessary.
Enthuastic & passionate towards accuracy.
Obtaining patients addresses, contact details, insurance information, and medical histories.
Making commission claims for services rendered.
