We are hiring Sales Manager for an Engineering manufacturing company in Industrial Automation.

Responsibilities:-- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments for industrial automation solutions.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential.
- Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing guidance to ensure team success.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client needs and propose appropriate automation solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide regular market feedback to assist in the development of new products or enhancements to existing ones.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and formulate corrective strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure all agreements comply with company policies and regulations.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in industrial automation sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial automation technologies and market trends.
- Ability to travel as needed.
