BRIGHT BAL GOKULAM FOUNDATION - HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE Bright Bal Gokulam Foundation is a new institute within the ecosystem of Sanskardham spearheading the endeavour to achieve excellence in establishing an iconic foundation for Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) in Ahmedabad. The Centre of Excellence will spearhead functions of Faculty Development, Research and Development in ECCE, Social Outreach, Partnerships, Branding & Marketing and setting up an Iconic preschool- BalGokulam Sanctuarywhich will cater to children under the age group 0-8 years aligned to the recommendations of National Education Policy 2020.

Role Details Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Function: Management

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Scope of Work

• Collaborating with teams across BalGokulam foundation to execute various admin related assignments
• Manage general departmental administrative activities
• Handle printing and collating work
• Maintain confidentiality with crucial data of the organization
• Provide support to new recruits with facilities and necessary assets
• Track all admin related tasks and associated expenses and generate periodic report for the management
• Performing clerical and admin tasks such as receiving calls, arranging appointments and ordering workplace supplies.
• Handling management of major staff meetings and annual events of the organization.
• Organizing and scheduling complicated monthly and annual operations, such as agendas, meetings, logistics, luncheon arrangements, data entry and travel bookings.
• Managing calendar as well as associated operations. Other tasks such as booking conference halls as well as audio-visual equipment, preparing documentation, etc

Skills And Qualification

• A relevant bachelor's degree in business, education, management, office administration, or communication
• Proven experience in office management, executive administrative practices and processes
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills
• Experience in budgeting and expense control
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly
