We are looking for a candidate to promote sales of the Company’s Supply Chain & Logistics contract solutions for India, including but not limited to sectors in the FMCG, healthcare, chemical, consumer, etc. He/she will be responsible for expanding and servicing the clients’ portfolio by identifying new opportunities and target market within the country, and develop and implement pricing and growth strategy.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for the analysis of the competitive position and the development of market strategies to arrive the growth of the assigned Business Unit in the country. Monitor market developments to identify opportunities to market the Company’s Total Integrated Logistics services and to create new markets / customers locally. 2. Lead strategies, customer engagement and drive revenue generation for key accounts and new business segments in the specific industry sectors, including and not limited to: a) Drive and implement local sales & marketing activities for the assigned Business Unit. b) Respond, prepare and follow through customers’ requests for proposals, quotation, presentation and solutions in timely manner and with utmost professionalism; c) Maintain good relationship and regular communications with clients. Act as key customer liaison for internal departments; d) Responsible in managing customer relationships to new and existing clientele; e) Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients sufficient to exceed annual sales goals; Responsible to lead the team to achieve set targets. f) Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' ongoing success and satisfaction. 3. Responsible for setting and meeting local sales and marketing target as approved by Management, including formulating specific plans and schedules to market the Company’s services, taking into consideration factors such as expiry of leases, contracts, growth etc. 4. Monitor customers’ strategic business and operational development in order for the Company to develop strategies and plans to grow with and support the customers in their growth. 5. Responsible for logistics services agreements/contracts, including liaising with legal advisor/authority where necessary. 6. Monitor market intelligence and marketing management to track competitive environment and business development progress for strategic accounts. 7. Perform other job-related duties as and when requested by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS · Candidates must possess at least Degree or equivalent. · Candidates must possess minimum 10 years of experiences in management role; preferably in 3PL / Logistics or Supply Chain. · Extended knowledge of customs, knowledge of air+sea freight industry and processes, multi modal knowledge and operational skills would be an advantage. · Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills. · Financial awareness of the local economy and good financial management skills. · Pro-active, meticulous, efficient use of time and a team player. · Proficient in English (read, spoken and written). · Competent in computer skills and common applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Word). · Ability to lead, guide, support and develop the team members as a strong leader.
