Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Ekya Schools located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for payroll, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
• Experience 2-7yrs
• Experience working in education sector or with academic institutions is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

Designation: HR Executive/HR Manager

Budget: 4LPA to 12LPA
