You will join our
Plastic Omnium Auto Exterior (India) Pvt. Ltd, Pune. Located in Chakan, it's a French automotive supplier specialized in the manufacturing and commercialization of plastics. Plastic Omnium Auto Exteriors division designs and develops lightweight and safe plastic fenders, bumpers and the tailgates. It is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of the plastic (passenger car) tailgates globally.
Your Main Tasks Will Be In - Provides support (technical/managerial) to his Engg. team and escalate issues to his manager, when required
- Animates proper management routines (weekly, monthly etc.) with his team to cascaded/escaladed information (all level), objectives, and performance follow up etc.
- Anticipates resources needs and manage the recruitment of his team members in relation with his manager and HR
- Allocates his resources to meet the project Quality/Cost/Time objectives
- Tracks and forecast his team workload in order to optimize the resources
- Conducts the annual assessments of his team members.
- Manages the skills of his team, define the training plans in relation with his manager and HR
- Ensures adherence to budget (hours/ travel costs/ investments/ workload) – Globally and by project
- Provides reporting to his direct functional and hierarchical managers
- Identifies, estimate the changes and takes into account budget changes of his group.
- Provides support to his/her team during critical phases ex: tools launch, SOP etc.
- Manages Quad assessment process and technical proposals
- Manages during AVP phase, risk analysis, hours budget, Customer tech. reviews, Proposals & scope & budget negotiation
- Ensures optimap adherence as per the Project Plan & Gateway reviews
