Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist _ Non IT located in Bengaluru. The Non IT Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, and interviewing.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-life cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong skills in employer branding and interviewing candidates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing, non-IT, and BFSI staffing domain is a plus
- Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment tools is a plus
