The Opportunity
We are seeking a competent Secretary to provide essential support to our leadership team. You will play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining their schedules, as well as performing various administrative tasks. You will also take charge of the entire office management.
Your primary objective will be to enhance the overall efficiency of our business by ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all assigned administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Secretarial:
- Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CXOs.
- Performs high-level administrative tasks including drafting letter, memos, invoices, reports & other official documents as and when required.
- Manage travel requirements for senior leadership and employees
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior leadership.
Administrative:
- Perform office tasks including maintaining records, basic book-keeping, Inventory management, Vendor management, Logistics
- Assist Finance team in payments
- Assist HR team in employee reimbursements, recruitment, Onboarding & Exiting formalities
- Take charge of overall office management.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Kannada
- Good time management, organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge & experience in office administration, asset management, calendar management and travel management.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Familiarity with basic reporting and research techniques.
- Proactive and go-getter attitude.
- Integrity & confidentiality.
- Degree in business administration or relative field
- This is an on-site opportunity. Candidates must reside in Bengaluru, KA.
