Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers, providing excellent customer service and support, and delivering product and sales training to team members.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
• Experience in telesales or inside sales is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience in providing training or coaching is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in English and one or more local languages
