Job Description: ·
Recruiting Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and other healthcare providers for the US market for permanent and contract position.
Using the comprehensive job description and source candidates from different job portals and internal database.
· Reach out to candidates who fit the criteria via call, Text, email or LinkedIn.
· Also use job postings on employment websites and social media platforms to market the jobs and attract applicants.
· Utilizes pinpoint screening techniques to identify passive candidates.
· Need to be a team player, work closely with team managers and design recruiting strategies for each job position you work on.
· Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with candidates.
· Achieve professional and personal growth by hitting revenue goals.
· Should be an independent thinker who can make quick decisions.
What we look for in a Healthcare Recruiter:
· Good communication skills.
· Experience using sourcing tools like Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn etc.
· Prior experience in Healthcare recruitment or any other US recruitment process a plus.
· Focused, competitive and motivated personality.
· Open to a culture of continuous learning and development.
· Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
