Job Title: Salesperson
Location: Lucknow-Telibagh
Responsibilities:
- Product and Service Presentation:
- Effectively present and demonstrate products and services to potential customers.
- Showcase key features and benefits to meet customer needs and preferences.
2.Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential leads.
- Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base.
3.Brand Awareness and Market Share:
- Contribute to the growth of brand awareness in the Telibagh market.
- Implement strategies to increase market share and surpass sales targets.
4.Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
5.Market Trends and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and stay competitive.
6.Sales Presentation and Negotiation:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable deals.
7.Performance Metrics:
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and team success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with market trends and customer needs.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in marketing or business-related field is a plus.
