Job description
Coforge is seeking Senior DevOps Engineer / Specialist, you will be a part of a smart cross-functional team delivering digital business transformation solutions to our clients. You’ll have the unique opportunity to increase the engineering team productivity by hunting and solving opportunities within the products of some of the world’s largest brands. You’ll be instrumental in helping our engineering teams to deliver customer features faster by identifying opportunities to automate.
Open Location: Bengaluru, Greater Noida (Campus), Pune, Hyderabad. Duties and Responsibilities: Design and implement highly available and scalable systems, ensuring the reliability and performance of the infrastructure and applications. Responsible of building system's observability, availability, reliability. Developing and improving standards for security (via security as code) across a continuous delivery environment and cloud-based production deployments. Work within complex software systems to isolate defects, reproduce defects, assess risk, and understand varied customer deployments. Create the Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) automation infrastructure to support the project engineering team. Demonstrated skill with at least one or more configuration management/scripting technology (such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet) Must have: Hands-on experience with terraform . Ability to write reusable terraform modules. Strong understanding of CI/CD Pipelines in a globally distributed environment using Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker registry. Experience with GCP Services and writing cloud functions. Experience with GCP IAM. Knowledge of common GCP services, Logging, Log Sinks, PUB/SUB, Docker, GCS, etc. Preferred: Good to have certification in GCP Associate or Professional certification. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
