Responsibilities: Handling a team of Relationship Managers/Sr. Relationship Managers Planning and achieving Sales Targets for Wealth Management products by meeting their individual target and team targets Responsible for creation of a client base by acquiring new Private Wealth / HNI Clients Identifying streams for revenue growth & developing business plans to build consumer preference Monitoring client’s portfolio performance and rendering advisory services Proven track record of establishing systems/ procedures, thereby contributing towards augmented growth and profitability level Fulfilling the compliance standards in Financial Planning, Asset Allocation and Product Sales Work closely with the product teams for delivering specialized advice Criteria for Recruitment:- Preferred candidates with good stability Qualification PG/MBA from reputed institute or Graduate from good college CFP, NISM, IRDA, AMFI certification is preferredJob tags
