Job Description

We are looking for a process management professional to work with the Quality management office (QMO). From day one, the person will have an immediate impact on our process management activities across projects and functions, overseeing organization quality management system compliance, metrics analysis, conducting internal audits etc., The ideal candidate will have overall 16+ years of experience in a process management role, with sound knowledge in SDLC process frameworks, metrics management, CMMI for development and ISO 9001 standards. Roles & Responsibilities

· As Senior manager/AGM, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and standards compliances for all programs and products in the organization. · Implement and drive process improvements initiatives across organization business units. · Develop and publish organization Internal audit plan. · Execute the audits, analyze, and publish the monthly/quarterly audit analysis reports executive leadership team. · Drive engineering specific process improvements focusing on design, development, and testing phases of SDLC. · Work closely with measurement & analytics team to develop process performance models at project level and organization level. · Develop and manage BI Dashboards for project metrics and review periodically with Project stakeholders. · Prepare Business unit level status reports and leadership reports. · Perform periodic Non conformances analysis at organization level and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. · Ensure projects compliance to ISO 9001 and CMMI practice and extend support during the external Audits. · Conduct process related training periodically.

Skills and Qualifications · Any bachelor’s or master’s degree (MBA Preferred) · Excellent knowledge in process definition, SDLC frameworks including Agile. · Skilled in metrics and prediction model development. · Excellent knowledge in Jira. · Proficient in ISO 9001:2015 standard and CMMI 2.0 development model. · Power BI and SharePoint Knowledge. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Certified internal Quality Auditor or Lead Auditor

Preferred Qualifications · CMMI High maturity practices knowledge. · Six sigma Green/Black belt certification. · PMP Certification. · Global Work experience. · US Healthcare domain knowledge. · Agile Certification. · HIPAA Knowledge.
