Overview:
The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in the organization by sourcing screening and providing a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for various positions. They are responsible for identifying top technical talent and guiding candidates through the hiring process ensuring a positive experience for both the candidate and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruiting strategies
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial technical interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams
- Facilitate the offer process and negotiate employment terms
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track key recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter specializing in technical roles
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract top technical talent
- Understanding of technology and technical roles within the organization
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
