Job description

Experience/Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline with Soft Skills
3-5 years of relevant experience of receptionist whose having front desk experience in Hotel Industry only with good personality
Good command over Written & Spoken English, Hindi, Marathi

Responsibilities: -

Greeting visitors/ Guests/ customers
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Maintaining visitor logs
Handling enquiries
Directing calls - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Taking and distributing messages - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Responsible for the cleanliness of the reception area
Operating office equipment
Managing schedules and booking appointments
Receiving mail and deliveries
Responsible incoming mail and packages
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
