Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day project management, developing design concepts, space planning, preparing construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and managing projects from conception to completion. The role involves direct communication with clients, contractors, and vendors. This role is located in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Experience in select FF&E
• Experience with project management from inception to completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, contractors and vendors
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role for at least 8 years
• Experience in luxury hospitality and residential markets is desirable
• Advanced knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is beneficial
