Job description
Position Summary
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for defining, designing, and implementing a creative visual
merchandising strategy to increase sales, attract buyers' attention, provide an excellent in-store
experience, drive branding and sales objectives, and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:
1. Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions
displays.
2. Design marketing strategies to announce promotions, sales, and upcoming special events
within the store.
3. Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
4. Ensure the strategy aligns with the store's brand, products, and target market.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to establish strategies and design concepts for seasonal
product launches and displays.
Preferred Candidate:
• 1-6 years of previous working experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, interior design, retail
management, or a related field.
