Role Description

This is a full-time on-site job for Human Resource Manager. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with Employees, implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the overall business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels within the organization.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification: Fresher /BBA /BCA/BSc./MCA/MBA

Job Type: On-Site (WORK FROM OFFICE)

SALARY PACKAGE:

Monthly retainer: INR 15,000 - 20,000.
