Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, audit preparation, and tax compliance as per the Accounting Standard.

• Maintain the company accounts up to date as per the Accounting Standard.

• Generate monthly Invoices as per GST standards and raise the PO's, Proforma invoices as required.

• Bank reconciliation - Weekly basis on CCD / Bank statements.

• Prepare Accounts Payables Summary Weekly.

• Prepare Accounts Receivables Summary Monthly.

• Familiar with all kinds of Banking transactions and required to adopt the payment methods depending upon the circumstances.

• Payroll management - Processing it Monthly as pet the Timesheets.

• Excellent knowledge in preparing Income Statement and Balance Sheet.

• Maintaining the relationship with customer for the accounting compliances as per the requirement.

• Responsible for company statutory (GST) payments and returns on time.

• Experience in employee PF, PT & TDS calculations and filing returns.

• Generate and submit financial reports to the management - MIS.

• Coordinate with Auditors for filing the company annual returns & statutory works.

• Experience in claiming tax refunds.

• Experience in handling scrutiny work as required.

• Prepare financial analysis and reports as per the Management requirements.

Skillset required:

• 4 - 6 years of accounting and finance experience.

• Work experience in an IT Company is an added advantage.

• Excellent working experience of Accounting Software Zoho books/ Tally / QuickBooks etc.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.

• B. Com/ M.Com Qualification

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
