Greetings from LTIMindtree !!! This is with reference to your profile on the jobsite. We have an urgent requirement for Operation Manager. Job Title: Operation Manager Experience: 8 to 12 Years. Notice Period: 30 days. Job Locations: Delhi (Rajiv Chowk). Education: MTech or ME or BTech or BE or MCA or MSc IT or MSc - C. Sc. Skill: Java based applications. Job Descriptions: Roles & Responsibilities: · SLA management & reporting as per contract. · Preparation of operational and business weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as per project requirement · Will be single point of contact for LTIMindtree client and management team for all operational and business updates. · Root Cause Analysis of all the P1 & P2 defects within 48 Hours · Regular ticket analysis of P1,P2,P3,P4 defects and working with Technical leads and architects to resolve defects within SLAs. · Regular analysis of application events and logs generated in all the subsystems to identify vulnerabilities and taking necessary action, in accordance with the results of the log analysis · Participation in client reviews and present the operations stats and data. · SPOC for client for all operations updates · Monitor application health and performance and reporting. · Vendor management for the operations stream · Responsible to maintain knowledge base documentation, troubleshooting guide and SOPs for applications. · Serve as leader and/or member of project operations team. · Responsible for ITSM process adhere and implementation. · Perform periodic health check of the applications, troubleshooting problems with required tools and automated scripts, analyzing and implementing rectification measures. · Work with release teams to deploy applications in different environments. · Provide operational inputs to the Build & Release, development teams to improve different applications. · Coordinate with other Stakeholder / teams to improve performance, troubleshoot & fix issues identified. · Timely invoice & collections for operations Interested candidate kindly share updated profile on [email protected] Also, I will be highly obliged if you forward this mail to your friends and colleagues, who might be looking for a change.
