What is in it for you
- Develop comprehensive documentation, technical articles, and support FAQs.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improving Help Site content.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to assess needs and create documentation for new or enhanced functionality.
- Enhance the user experience by improving accessibility and discoverability of documentation both in-product and on the Help Site.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the development and delivery process.
- Monitor program metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of documentation.
- Create and maintain project plans for development and delivery projects.
- Leverage AI-based tools and technologies to optimize documentation creation and maintenance processes.
- Contribute to developing standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across audiences and modules.
- Assist in training and mentoring less-experienced team members as required.
We'd love to hear from you, if you:
- Have 5-8 years of experience as a technical writer in SaaS companies.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have the ability to tailor content for different user personas, various use cases, and global audiences.
- Have the proficiency in using style guides such as the Microsoft Manual of Style.
- Have experience working in an agile development model.
- Are familiar with tools such as MS Office, G Suite, and JIRA.
- Have a proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and drive projects from ideation to final deployment.
