SKS Veterinary Hospital and Pet Shop is dedicated to providing excellent medical and preventative care for pets. Our services include cardiology, orthopaedic surgery, gastroenterology and GI surgery, ophthalmology, radiology, urology, dental care, laboratory and pediatric care. We also provide services like pet boarding, and routine and medicated bathing, and carry a wide variety of prescription diets, flea/tick control products, and heartworm preventatives. Our goal is to spread our services across India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR Operations role located in Chennai. The HR Operations role is responsible for employee relations, HR policies, and HR management. The HR Operations role will assist with talent Acquisition and retention, onboarding and orientation programs, benefits and performance management, and support all HR administration. To execute the management rules and regulations. The HR Operations role will provide technical assistance to departments regarding budgets, policies and procedures, and help to ensure that the hospital remains in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in HR Operations, HR policies, and HR Management
• Ability to handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
• Experience in Talent Acquisition and retention, onboarding and orientation programs, benefits, and performance management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Comfortable with handling sensitive and confidential information
• High degree of organizational and time management skills
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
