We are seeking an experienced and results-driven 'Director of HRBP' to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
You will work closely with internal counterparts and senior leadership for successful planning and delivery of HR programs and services to the business. You will operate as a trusted advisor and business partner to executives and to other members of the company's senior management team, functioning as the expert on people and organizational issues.
You should be comfortable in navigating through challenging forces in dynamic businesses and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with significant change. Ultimately, you will be enabling the organization to innovate and grow.
Roles and Responsibilities
Serving as a strategic business partner to senior leadership aligning the human resources agenda in support of key business strategies and initiatives
Directing the human resources organization to develop and execute best practices to promote employee engagement and to enable a high-performing workforce to contribute to the company's strategic growth
Providing proactive and strategic guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives
Driving an effective team that instils company-wide trust and value for the HR function and ensuring swift delivery with operational excellence
Designing strategic human capital goals and initiatives that align across the broader organization and ensuring human resource costs and services are aligned with organizational goals
Understanding business strategies and developing high impact human capital solutions
Having an analytical mindset to assess organizational metrics and providing business insights
Designing frameworks to measure outcomes and effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs
Providing strategic direction around employee attraction, development, and retention issues which may include annual reviews, leadership coaching, career pathing, advanced HR reporting around critical metrics, special projects' assistance etc.
Skills And Experience
Strong experience in a leadership role within HR and/or HRBP functions
Must have HRBP experience in both India and Philippines
Intellectual curiosity and an ability to combine analytical reasoning, creativity, and judgement
Executive presence and strong communication skills to partner with senior management
Strong collaboration skills within and outside of HR (relationship building/influencing)
Thought leadership on human capital issues and coaching other HRBPs in their development
Experienced in designing and delivering programs in Talent Management, Cultural Change Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Design
Bachelor's degree mandatory; Master's degree preferred. Qualified candidates with higher education degrees in Human Resources Management or relevant fields will be preferred
