Key Qualifications: · 12-15 years of experience in BFSI & Corporate Communications, - Proven track record of understanding and working with Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFCs and Insurance businesses. - Proven track record of developing and executing public relations and corporate reputation programs, including B2B corporate positioning. - Experience of any corporate work will be a bonus.
Location: Preferred Mumbai but will also consider Delhi Key Responsibilities: This role will be a Senior leadership position and the candidate will be a key member of the agency's BFSI practice. KRAs include - · To grow and manage a profitable BFSI practice, forecasting revenue and expenses accurately. This includes managing budgets and key engagements for an established and well-known client base and making decisions that ensure the practice runs effectively and efficiently. · To drive and conceptualize communications and outreach campaigns for our clients with key media and ensure delivery of results · To raise the profile of the agency’s BFSI practice through business development and explore opportunities across India Specific traits - - Ability to lead and mentor team members and to ensure all agency processes are adhered to. - To lead client reviews and way forward presentations - ·Strong skills in Content writing and subject matter documents - · Media relations is critical and personal contacts within the industry – proven relationships with Editors and Senior Reporters across the entire media landscape - · Ability to advise clients on new Initiatives, strategy and ideation. - · Experience in managing PR crisis - · Driving new business pitches along with the leadership team. - .
