Job description
SuperOps.ai is a SaaS startup focused on solving problems for modern IT teams using AI. It
helps IT teams efficiently manage IT infrastructure like networks and systems on the cloud
or on-premises, and business-critical applications.
Founded by Arvind Parthiban, a serial entrepreneur, and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, a
veteran in the IT space. Both Arvind and Jayakumar come with years of experience in
leadership positions at Freshworks & Zoho.
You'll be responsible to
● Work with product management and development teams to build backend systems from scratch by writing reusable and maintainable code.
● Implementing a highly performant, secure, and scalable backend system.
● Reviewing and optimizing the backend performance by monitoring key metrics and improving the system proactively.
You're someone who
● 6 to 8 years of experience in developing backend systems.
● Proficient experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL / PostgreSQL.
● Sound knowledge in design patterns, security, performance, and troubleshooting
● Familiarity with agile development practices like code review, unit & regression testing, and continuous deployment.
