The candidate in this position will oversee all branch activities' efficient and profitable operation. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch.
Responsibilities:
A jewelry store manager is responsible for the daily operations of a jewelry store.
- Overseeing employees and their work
- Upholding customer service
- Preventing theft
- Promoting and advertising the store
- Recruiting new staff
- Solving customer complaints
- Budgeting
- Maintaining inventories
- Updating records
- Implementing sales and marketing campaigns
- Scheduling shifts
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Working to improve retail performance
- Setting sales goals
- Cultivating and maintaining productive relationships at all levels
- A branch manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations for a branch. Their duties include:
- Hiring staff
- Onboarding and training new staff members
- Developing goals to maintain sales performance

Qualifications
