Work description:
- Excellent exposure in delivering Digital Payment solutions like UPI, IMPS, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking Applications, and reconciliation systems.
- Strong experience in successfully managing and executing the entire project life cycle - from requirement gathering to designing and developing business solutions, project implementation, support & enhancements for prestigious international clients in India, UK, Canada.
- Highly motivated, conscientious, result oriented Program Manager; geared towards delivering projects on schedule and within budget with full commitment towards quality aspects of the Projects
- Proficient in collaborating with various project stakeholders including senior management, business managers, users, business analysts, and technical team driving consensus, negotiate and manage conflicts
- Provide leadership to the Delivery managers / Program Managers / Project Managers in the delivery and operations with an aim to meet and excel the customer needs.
- Work closely & collaborate with BU heads / Account Managers in a collaborative manner to grow the business and ensure the delivery function runs successfully.
- Should have managed big Team size at least 300+ resources.
- Ensuring end to end successful delivery from Payment division for UPI, IMPS, BBPS, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Omni Channel solution, and Chatbot Applications
- Manage customer satisfaction, customer relationship and participate in steering committee meetings.
- Managing Risks, Issues & dependencies at program and portfolio level and develop mitigation strategies.
- Enhancements of Mobile Banking, UPI & IMPS Switch as per the circulars from NPCI & RBI advisory
- Manage scope, effort / cost, schedule, and quality, while continuously identifying and mitigating underlying risks.
- Resource planning, development & Mentoring; conflict resolution and responsible for resource appraisal
- Forecast resource and budget requirements for future projects.
- Process compliance adherence to CMMI Level 5 Practices, PA-DSS, PCI-DSS Standards and NPCI Audit compliances. Ensuring the team regularly performs required audits at network, server, application, and mobile apps.
- Ensure the smooth and successful migration of UPI and mobile banking solutions from OPEX to CAPEX model.
- Manage and drive incidents where multiple and cross functional teams are investigating and meeting SLAs defined in the contract.
