Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Regional Sales Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region, managing sales efforts, building relationships with customers, and developing and implementing sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and managing a sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• Knowledge of automation or control systems for lighting is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the lighting or automation industry is a plus
