Who are we looking for?

At Airblack, we're entering a path of exponential growth in our Business Development team, and we’re looking for a senior leader to build and take charge of a team of 5+ team managers, handling a team of 50+ counsellors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, team building and people management. You would work directly with the Director of Business Development and the Founders on hiring, training, strategy, and operations for the Business Development function while collaborating closely with other business functions to drive revenue.

This will be a leadership role within the company. If you're passionate about building and leading a fast-growing team, we would love to meet you!

What would you be doing?

Drive end-to-end revenue operations for your team including target setting and planning, daily input and output management at team level, and performance management. Build a growing and dynamic team through performance-based team progression, hiring and training management, and performance management of team managers. Take charge of team-level revenue initiatives including collections, upgrades and renewals and offer management. Develop and execute a training and coaching framework for new hires, Team Managers, and performance reskilling Lead strategic initiatives to expand market presence across target segments and geographies. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, people, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with broader organizational goals and priorities, including the expansion into new categories.

What makes you a suitable candidate?

We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below: You have 7 to 12

years of total work experience in revenue roles, with 5 years in team leadership preferably with a high-growth company in the education, beauty skilling, banking & insurance, and BPO sectors. You have experience in scaling a sales team of 50+ members through manager scale-up and establishing strong operational processes. You thrive in a high-performance and fast-paced team culture.
