Position : Production Supervisor (Aluminum)
Location: Mahiwala, Derabassi
Shifts: (Flexible)
Experience Required: 1 year exp in production of Aluminum Door & Window Industry
Salary: 19-20k CTC (15-16k Inhand)

Position Overview: A production supervisor in Aluminum doors and windows industry should make the effective and efficient use of department resources, manpower and machines, in the production of aluminum doors using the prescribed processes and procedures in a safe and clean work environment.
1. Supervise the employees in the safe production of quality aluminum doors and windows. Should have mechanical ability with broad working knowledge of the department’s equipment, tools, standard operating procedures, process control, records and practices.
2. Able to learn and contribute to improving the Aluminum Production Department’s systems and procedures.
3. Schedule shift according to production needs
4. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
5. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
6. Prepare and submit status and performance reports
7. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
8. Be knowledgeable of, implement and train the employees in the standard operating and quality procedures.
9. Organize, maintain and analyze production performance records and data.
10. Understand, communicate and enthusiastically strive to achieve the safety, quality and production requirements of the department and the company. Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Qualifications :
1. Diploma/Btech (Mechanical engineering) or any relevant background
2. Need min 1-year experience in Production of Aluminum Doors and Windows
