As a Staff Enterprise Application Engineer, with ITSM, ITOM, Service Portal and CSM experience, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow modules and integrate ITSM/ITOM solutions. Your expertise in ServiceNow development, coupled with your knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and CSM processes, will be instrumental in driving digital transformation and improving operational efficiency within our organization.

• ServiceNow Development: Design, configure/develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• ITSM & ITOM Enhancement: Leverage your deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to develop solutions to integrate new applications within platform using existing data model and leveraging OOB capabilities of Tasks, workflows, CMDB.
• Customization: Customize ServiceNow modules, forms, fields, and templates to align with our organization's specific needs and requirements.
• Automation: Create and maintain automation scripts, business rules, and orchestration workflows to optimize IT processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Documentation: Document design specifications, development changes, and configurations to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Best Practices: Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging ServiceNow trends to recommend and implement improvements.

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent 
• 7+ years of development/configuration experience on the ServiceNow platform including
• Hands on experience in Client & Server-side Scripting, Glide record, etc.
• Enterprise/large Service Management implementation experience
• Hands on experience beyond ITSM , SAM, ITOM, CSM ,Service Portal
• Development experience in other languages would be beneficial with aptitude to learn new technology quickly.
• Effective documentation skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
