Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
- Develop and curate content that aligns with the brand s voice, style, and messaging.
- Monitor and manage the company s presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Schedule and publish posts across different channels using social media management tools.
- Engagement and Interaction:
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster engagement by liking, sharing, and commenting on relevant content within the online community.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing social media metrics and trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information and coordinate campaigns.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Contribute creative ideas for contests, giveaways, and other interactive activities.
- Identify opportunities to grow the company s social media following and engage with influencers or brand advocates.
- Participate in online discussions and forums relevant to the industry.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Journalism).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of content creation tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret social media analytics.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
