Job description
a) Managerial Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management. As departmental head, building a team of executives and managing the department. Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the department. b) Key responsibilities Oversee construction projects from beginning to end Manage the budget and estimate costs, Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule Evaluate risks and Resolve any problems that may arise Train and mentor Site Engineers, construction workers and construction laborers depending on the size of the project Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites Delegate responsibilities and Ensure all deadlines are met Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly Regular submission of Required reports Daily, Weekly Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards Conducting Trainning and Meeting for execution Team whenever Needed Minimum Requirements 1) Education: Bachelor Degree in Civil /
Mandatory MBA/PGDM - Preference 2) Experience: 7+ years of experience in relevant domain. 3) Skills/Competencies: Excellent Communication skills both written & spoken. Humble yet a strong demeanour would be preferred. Advanced Excel skills. Strong understanding of Project Management tools and techniques. Team Management & Leadership Management. Excellent presentation abilities with executives, peers and direct reports. Good attention to detail, with the capacity to handle cross-team communication and tasks. Time management. Proactiveness.
