Roles and Responsibilities :

- Recruit, onboard, and train a team of insurance agents.

- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to agents to enhance their performance.

- Set clear sales targets and performance goals for the team.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions as necessary.

- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is Mandatory

- Age 22 to 38 years

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
