This position will be in hybrid mode affiliated with NICE Actimize s Pune office in India
Primary Responsibilities
Leading the negotiation of outbound sales transactions between NICE Actimize and its global financial institution customers and business partners
Supporting inbound procurement-related transactions between NICE Actimize and its suppliers
Collaborating with NICE Actimize s InfoSec and Compliance teams on data privacy/security initiatives/issues
Developing templates and providing training on corporate initiatives
Prior in-house experience strongly desired
Experience
B from an accredited law school, and admitted to practice law in India
Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience, including time spent working in an in-house legal department, with at least 3 of those years focused on the negotiation of SaaS/enterprise software licensing transactions
Skills / Abilities

Comfortable negotiating privacy and data protection laws/issues
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of deadline-based matters
