Job description

Responsibilities

Ideation & Strategy formulation : Consolidate, Review and provide location inputs IN ORDER TO ensure location inputs are taken into account

Technology Roadmap : Consolidate and Review the results and present the same to the service owner team IN ORDER TO complete a successful evaluation by operations team.

Proof-of-Concept, Product & Take part in the vendor evaluation process : Consolidate and present the results IN ORDER TO assist the Vendor evaluation, vendor/product evaluation process and/or to assist the service owner in deployment planning

Admin Model, Workflow,
Monitoring and Reporting framework : Review the relevant metrics and Provide location specific inputs to service team IN ORDER TO account for the same while defining the monitoring and reporting framework

Planning & Budgeting : Consolidate, review and Handle escalations and intervene IN ORDER TO ensure timely delivery of materials as per agreed SLA

Communication,
Consumables & Services
Contracting and Agreements - Consolidate, review and Handle escalations and intervene IN ORDER TO ensure timely delivery of materials as Negotiation, Commercials, per agreed SLA

Risk Management : Contribute with location inputs IN ORDER TO ensure compliance

Financial Planning : Provide Location inputs IN ORDER TO ensure scalability and location growth plans are considered in the planning and budget plans.

Must Have :

Should have min 15 years experience of handling L3 issues in networking areas
Should have handled large networks of more than 500 users
Preferably having good understanding of cyber security requirements
Experience of handling more than 10 senior team members
Min 5 years of experience in directly interacting with Global client contacts.
Having good interpersonal skills.
should have experience of designing complex global network architecture.
