Job Profile :
- Identify, assess, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure a robust and diverse vendor base.
- Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and service level agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and identify potential new suppliers.
- Analyze costs, negotiate pricing, and implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage procurement budgets.
- Streamline and optimize procurement processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices in procurement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Quality Control teams to ensure that procured materials meet the required standards.
- Implement and maintain a robust quality assurance process within the procurement function.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with procurement activities.
- Develop contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Contracts & Billing, and Project Management.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in all procurement activities.
