Job Title: Front Desk Executive - Real Estate Developer Lobby
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage our lobby and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a strong knowledge of the real estate industry.
Responsibilities - Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the lobby in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the lobby, including answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients and visitors about the company and its services.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep track of office supplies and ensure that the lobby is fully stocked and ready for visitors.
- Manage conference room bookings and ensure that they are clean and ready for use.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree Preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and its terminology.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and polished appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
