Job description
Lead a team of operating personnel to carry out efficient operation of Pellet Plant as per cost, quality, productivity, safety, and environmental norms. Monitoring and tracking of activities in areas of drying-grinding operations, green balling, Induration, Fuel & Utilities, process gas systems, pellet dispatch etc. Ensure implementation of Daily Management Practices for enhancing customer experience, low energy consumption, equipment reliability with fair operational practices, and improve stake holders experience. Must ensure implementation of all corrective and preventive actions as necessary Skills Technical Competencies: . Knowledge of Pellet Plant operations . Process knowledge any Iron Making Process . Exposure to environment and pollution control equipment .
